Collaboration over Competition

When we started Pacific Acquisition Partners, we had a lofty goal in mind; change the face of the real estate investing industry. It used to be if you wanted to succeed in the industry you had to be above the competition and scrape your way to the top. We sought to change that and actually work with our competitors in order to create a network of support and love amongst everyone.
