SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service
Program Name: Pacific Acquisition Partners Client Communications
Program Description: When you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from Pacific Acquisition Partners, you may receive SMS/text messages related to your real estate inquiry, property updates, transaction status, appointment reminders, and other communications pertaining to real estate services provided by Pacific Acquisition Partners.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your transaction status and level of engagement. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your active inquiries and transactions. Promotional or marketing messages will not exceed 4 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Pacific Acquisition Partners is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
